TASTING NOTES
A ripe and fruity white wine made from the Cyprus indigenous Xynisteri, Ugni Blanc, Malvasia and Muscat grapes, carefully chosen and blended to give a very modern well balanced, consistently high quality white dry wine, to please every palate.
Originally crafted as private label wines, for the Cooperative Retail Stores in the U.K, the Island Vines project created wines of a New World character, focused on the varietal characteristics and the vintage year, giving wines of impeccable quality, with modern, fruit driven, tastes and aromas, that revolutionised the winemaking process in Cyprus.
